The Committee issued these concluding observations in 2005 after its consideration of the periodic report of Albania.
The report acknowledges the issues related to drug use amongst children in Albania. The Committee recommends the State party to seek help from UNICEF and OHCHR in order to set up recovery programs for children who use such substances.(ph 74 & 75)
