Report of the Special Rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples: Mission to South Africa, Rodolfo Stavenhagen (2005)

There is only one mention of drugs in this report, which include drug abuse by indigenous women and children, which is 'associated with marginalisation and poverty' of indigenous peoples.
