The Forms of International Institutional Law: An Historical Analysis of the Scheduling Decisions of the CND, Cristián Gimenez Corte (2010)

The document provides an analysis of the legal form of the UNCND drug scheduling decisions to place a narcotic drug or a psychotropic substance under international control.  The study also focuses on the evolution of the legal form of these decisions, from an informal and vague style to concrete legal form.

This study is of particular importance since the CND is among those few international organizations whose decisions are binding under international law.
