This report contains the findings and recommendations of the Special Rapporteur on her mission to Brazil. She expresses concerns about various issues, such as:
- the police violence and the extrajudicial killings as a result of anti-drug operations, the main targets being the most vulnerable people
- the existence of death squads, made up of well-organized and heavily armed criminal gangs, specializing in drug trafficking or various criminal activities, for example, extortion.
