The Committee issued these concluding observations in 2008 after its consideration of the periodic report of Bulgaria. It expresses concerns regarding the use of drugs, tobacco, alcohol and other toxic substances among children, recommending the state to address this issue and to provide children with information about toxic substance use (paragraphs 49 &50).
