The International Centre on Human Rights and Drug Policy will speak on the topic 'Reconsidering the International Narcotics Control System through a Human Rights Lens' at the 2nd Annual Irish-American Human Rights Exchange.
The conference is held under the auspices of University of Notre Dame Centre for Civil and Human Rights and Irish Centre for Human Rights, and rotates each year between the two institutions. This year's conference will be held at the National University of Ireland, Galway October 17 & 18.
