The applicant is a national of Finland, who was convicted in 1996 for drug-related offences and was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months imprisonment. The applicant complains that he had been incited by the police and that otherwise he would not have committed the crime. The applicant also complains on the fairness of trial since he was unable to argue his case fully and in due time. The applicant relies on the right to a fair trial.
