The Commission ordered precautionary measures pursuant to a complaint by Ms. Juan de Pirchardo following threats she received towards her and her children’s lives. The complainant previously made public complaints against high level State officials which linked them to drug trafficking. The Commission reported that she has received no further threats and she and her children are moving around freely without impediment.
