Partners in Crime: International Funding for Drug Control and Gross Violations of Human Rights, Patrick Gallahue, Roxanne Saucier and Damon Barrett (2012)

Report released by Harm Reduction International in 2010 calling for increased accountability of the UNODC and member States in the implementation of drug control activities.  The report features the death penalty and drug detention centers to illustrate how international funding directly supports human rights violations and highlights the need to increase oversight to ensure better protection of individuals.
