UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: Concluding Observations on Hungary (2007)

The Committee issued these concluding observations after its 2007 consideration of Hungary’s third periodic report. In paragraph 26, the Committee notes with concern that school children in Hungary have ‘easy access’ to drugs. The Committee then, in paragraph 49, urges Hungary ‘to combat drug and alcohol abuse among children’, as well as to provide data on the results achieved in Hungary’s next periodic report.
