UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: Concluding Observations on Luxembourg (2003)

The Committee issued these concluding observations in 2003, after reviewing Luxembourg’s third periodic report on implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. In paragraph 85, the Committee notes concern at adolescent health problems, particularly those due to drug, alcohol, and tobacco consumption, and the Committee recommends, in paragraph 99, that Luxembourg ‘strengthen its efforts to prevent and combat drug abuse, especially among young people’.
