Report of the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health: Mission to Romania, Paul Hunt (2005)

This report notes the stigma associated with injecting drug use and urges Romania to combat discrimination in health services. The report also notes the increase in HIV among young adults, partially due to injection drug use, and urges prevention programmes including sterile injecting equipment and other harm reduction efforts.
