The report summarises the information and cases dealt with by the Special Rapporteur.
Beginning at paragraph 322 the reports gives details of deaths relating to the drug treatment centres in China. From paragraph 550 it details the deaths of inmates in Egyptian prisons which are related to drugs. Under paragraph 650 it details how the police used the pretence of drugs to humiliate, and intimidate a Roma settlement.
