The Committee issued these concluding observations in 2012 after its consideration of the periodic report of Togo. It recommends the State party to implement the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Regional Action Plan (2008-2011) to combat illicit drug trafficking, organized crime and drug abuse (paragraph 36).
