UN Committee on the Rights of the Child, Concluding Observations on Iceland (2012)

The Committee issued these concluding observations in 2012 after its consideration of the periodic reports of Iceland. It notes a decrease in the use of some types of drugs and alcohol by young people, recommending the State to provide rehabilitation, reintegration and recovery programmes specifically designed for child victims of drug and substance abuse.
