The International Centre on Human Rights and Drug Policy will hold a seminar at the ATMA JAYA Catholic University in Jakarta, together with the School of Law, on 13th October 2010.

The focus of the seminar will be on:

• Harm reduction, HIV and the right to health
• Drugs and the rights of the child
• The death penalty for drug offences
