UN Human Rights Committee: Concluding Observations on New Zealand (2010)

In the concluding observations on the fifth periodic report of New Zealand, the Committee stressed that criminal legislation related to drug possession continued to contain provisions violating presumption of innocence even after the decision of the Supreme Court of the State.
