UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: Concluding Observations on Kyrgyzstan (2000)

The Committee issued these concluding observations, after considering Kyrgyzstan’s initial report on implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. In paragraph 350, the Committee expresses concern about new health threats including growing drug abuse and the increasing incidence of sexually transmitted diseases.
